I live right outside Philly and have tried to use it with a cashier and not one of them knows anything about c24 and they were told not to take coupons if they didn't scan. I've asked if I could try on self check out to see if it worked and I was told well i can't stop you. It worked but even showing them how their store is listed they insist they don't know anything about it. Great training CVS.
