Paper qs aren't the problem. CVS reprogramming their system to intentionally not take valid coupons is the problem. It is definitely a deceptive practice. I wonder how the manufacture's who advertise with CVS would feel, finding out that they are losing sales because CVS is denying use of their coupons and calling them invalid.
