I'm getting more and more agitated with CVS. About 2 weeks ago, I overpaid and my last EB reduced. We noticed and then the asst. manager voided off that EB and I paid with a smaller one. Tried to use the original EB the next day but it came up used. Contacted customer service, they said it had been used. I said it had not. She researched my transaction, found out it hadn't been and re-issued.
This past week, I only used one of my Burt's Bees EB but the second disappeared from my account (had initially forgotten about the same issue with Colgate EB disappearing). Had to fight and argue with customer service before I finally got it back. They are really working my nerves.
