What Store Teams need to know: During this upgrade, several experiences will be unavailable to customers.
The following experiences will NOT be available during the outage: * Digital coupons (send to card) will not be available for redemption; this includes CarePass $10 promo rewards * ExtraBucks for weekly promos will not be tracked/earned across multiple transactions * Immunization coupons cannot be issued or redeemed * Dated Merchandise coupons cannot be issued (CT & PA stores only) or redeemed in any location * New ExtraCare and CarePass enrollments cannot be completed * ECC's (ExtraCare Coupon Centers) will not print any coupons * No digital receipt prompts - all receipts will print but no coupons will print * CVS App and CVS.com will also have limited functionality during this outage * Store Issued ExtraBucks will not be available
The following experiences WILL continue to function during this outage: * Phone number lookup * Customers using the CVS app for their ExtraCare card will need to place their phone in airplane mode for their barcode to display * ExtraBucks for weekly promo's will be earned if the criteria to earn is met in a single transaction * Printed coupons may be redeemed * Refunds will be able to be completed but the register will prompt for the refund price on each item
The following experiences will operate on a delayed schedule: * 2% ExtraBucks rewards will be issued for transactions completed during this time after the system has come back online * CarePass members scheduled to receive their monthly promo reward on Monday, 11/6, will experience a delay in receiving the reward
