They just need to move away from those machines because they either keep breaking down and no one fixes them or they run out of paper or ink constantly and I've had store staff complain that they don't get the ink/paper sent to them so nothing they can do. I walked out of a store on Sunday because they said they don't know how to fix them and none of them were working. Definitely can commiserate with you.
