Vi-Jon has issued a voluntary recall for one (1) lot of CVS Health Hydrogen Peroxide Solution (CVS SKU 372441; UPC 5042814475; Lot # 0562272). Upon notification, CVS Pharmacy initiated a recall for the product at all stores and at CVS.com.
Bottles containing CVS Health Isopropyl Alcohol were mislabeled as CVS Health Hydrogen Peroxide. Isopropyl alcohol is intended for external use only and is flammable. Customers who purchased recalled product should immediately discontinue use and may return the product to CVS Pharmacy for a refund.
