usually idols don't get profits from activities they don't participate. if i remember correctly. but they can get fixed income like YG artists do.
i remember only 2 cases as exception: it's AOA Seolhyun and Gugudan Sejeong, they insisted that money they earned from their individual schedules were distributed evenly among other members, that's how they quickly paid off their trainee debts.
And another exception is SS501, in their case, member who didn't attend group activities still could get money, but as i remember it was a fixed amount of total income, not percentage.
