Bought the L'oreal revitalift serum (Hyaluronic acid) this morning, but the $10EBs did not print. My receipt showed that the purchase counts towards the "buy 2 L'oreal get 5 EB". But mine should be the facial care not cosmetics. Cashier said because I used EBs and crts so the total is lower than $30. Called the customer service and was told to wait 48 hrs so they could confirm my transaction. I wonder if anyone else experienced similar issue?
