Make some good point on larger issue but its really not addressable for our small community so lets not expand issue, past what we can really manage.
I have noticed 1 homeless guy hanging around subway for last 2-3 weeks and people have already complained about urinating in public, i believe starbucks has asked repeatably to not use their chairs. This probably same guy can't we push psd to take active role in monitoring him offering to put him into city services. If they do this and let him know they are going to keep an eye on him he will either accept or move on. There was an issue with a guy in wheel chair harassing people psd got involved and he left island.
I am not clear on why psd has to be prodded into these kind of activities when multiple small complaints are raised earlier.
