I'm a bit of an eyeliner connoisseur haha. I own pretty much every pencil eyeliner that CVS sells.
My favorite pencil liner is actually the NYX "Slide On" eyeliner. Good mix of normal and fun colors and it goes on amazingly well, no tugging or pushing to get the color to deposit. They're around $8 a pop though, but I've gotten then with a NYX crt and ebs back. L'Oreal Infallible eyeliner comes in some nice fun neutral tones like burgundy and olive green and also applies really smoothly. I also use the Rimmel eye pencils that I get for $4ish when there's a ip to use. The bronze one applies beautifully. If your store carries LA Girl, they also have really fun eyeliner colors, but the quality is good.
