Cersei is the only main character I feel confident is going to die. Other than her I'd put money on Jorah, Melisandre, and both the Hound and the Mountain.
What I mostly wonder is what kind of Lord of Light-derived, fire vs. ice showdown we can expect. There needs to be a cosmic response to the White Walkers.
