The majority of people shown look white to me. The Amerindians came from Central Siberia around the Altai Mountains. They crossed into the Americas when there was a land bridge of ice formed between Asia and the Americas. Mitochondrial DNA studies could conclude what percentage these people are of the Caucasian race, but they look white to me.
What is odd about the Amerindians is that they mostly have low IQs, but their ancestors were from Asia (which is supposedly SO intelligent). However, I have to be honest and say some civilizations in the Americas were fairly advanced and obviously there was a difference in peoples. To build what the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incans produced required some brain cells.
A black guy at work had a DNA test done by Ancestry and it came back that he had a sizable amount of Irish in him, although he appeared negro. The Irish was about 15%, or so. The mixture with whites brought black IQs up to between 85 and 95 which would make them almost equal with the less intelligent whites. In Africa, these people would be considered erudite demigods.
The goal of Chile should be to remain as white as possible. I think the author will find that the less white a society becomes, the less productive and third world it becomes.
