I don't and wouldn't. There's no news source I like and trust enough to pay, but there are plenty of places to get it free, including TV. I don't mind ads if they're simple and unintrusive...nothing that slows down the page-loading, nothing that automatically plays or jumps around or gets in your way or suddenly appears and causes things to move so that you're interrupted or clicking something you didn't intend to. Anybody who advertises obnoxiously like that only gives me a negative impression. If it's just an image, or a clip that's short and/or skippable, fine. I get that advertising is what allows things to be free.
