I’m from the Northern Virginia area and I could write a book about my experiences being a landlord in Manassas. MS 13 was entrenched in the poor neighborhood in which I owned three townhouses. I bought them cheap during the Obama recession and completely renovated them. I saw it all: intimidation, prostitution, trafficking, even witnessed a murder. I was there frequently because I had to clean up after Mexican tenants who trashed my houses before getting evicted. I was never directly threatened because I believe that people thought I was an undercover police officer. As much as being bussed to a black ghetto school in the 1970’s taught me the true nature of Africans, being a landlord in a Hispanic community in the 2000’s shaped my view of Mexicans and Central Americans. Both groups have cultures that may have their own merits. However, their cultures are incompatible with the values of a society created largely by people of Anglo-Saxon descent. This country will fail: 10 years, 20 years, maybe beyond. But it WILL fail. And the reason will be this: blind adherence to diversity and multiculturalism. One people. One nation. One language. Woke Saxon!
