You know, it never occurred to me to treat some of my soldiers different than others based on their lifestyle. I lead whoever the Army gave me, and I lead them all equally. If they worked hard, then they had my respect. If they didn't, then we had issues.

If you can't lead all your soldiers, then get out of the Army.
