Not sure I understand all this animosity, there are certainly worse-looking towers published on this site every day. The form is interesting, it's generally a coherent schematic proposal (unrealistic transparencies on the model fly-thoughs notwithstanding), no reason to think the curtain wall and other details won't be fleshed out according to FP's high standards, what's the problem here people?
Don't like second tier economic cities trying to get their piece of the big business/development pie? Take it up with the owners or the municipal regulatory authorities. This is solid architecture. Or are you all still just upset about Apple?
