My understanding is that 5 prototypes of The Wall have been developed, and are currently being tested. Once one is selected it will be built where existing fencing is up. Then the next step is funding to build it where there currently is no barrier.
So The Wall has begun in much the same way my new doghouse has begun. I have begun reviewing designs for our new doghouse and am measuring to determine where in my yard to best place it.
