20 yr resident and my wife grew up on the island in the 80's which is why I'm used to RIOC shenanigans and had my finger on the button at 12noon on the dot. Last year when I attended it, from the conversations I over heard, it appeared to me that a lot of my fellow attendees did not live on the island. I don't know how folks got their tickets but I wasn't leaving anything to chance.
