The High Line was workshopped to death during many meetings. Ideas came from community input. New Yorkers of all stripes contributed, including the kind of materials to use for seating, type of plants and flowers and that part of the old railing be exposed to honour its past.

The architects would listen to us and bring in the following meeting sketches for us to review. When the sketch had not match our ideas, it was rejected and new drawing was presented. Stop giving credit only to the architects.
