I've known black people well enough to be honest with them when they complain that white people treat them worse than they treat others. I've been frank with a few that most white people treat black people far better than they treat other white people because they're deathly afraid of being labeled racist. For instance, a white person might allow a black person to cut them in line because they figure waiting one spot is far better than the black person making it into a huge racial incident, but if a white person cut them far more white people would instantly speak up.

For the most part, though, they don't believe what I'm saying. They want to believe in white privilege and black victimhood, and they don't want anything to burst that bubble.
