The only people I've seen tear off a woman's hijab is another woman wearing a hijab! Seriously, in high school I witnessed 2 muslim girls fighting and I saw those hijabs come off. The one girl tried to keep it on but there was a lot of anger so off they went. I think they were fighting over a man.
